Delete your data
Haven is built to be private. The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email or phone. Your settings and any diary entries stay on your device — deleting the app removes them.
If you gave us your email
If you requested a guide by email on our website, we store that email address to send it and occasional calm tips. To have it deleted:
📧 Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, subject “Delete my data”. We remove it within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also unsubscribe in one click from any email we send.
What we delete
- Your email address and any subscription to our tips.
- Any support correspondence tied to your request.
We keep no on-device data on our servers, so there is nothing else to delete on our side.
