Privacy Policy

Updated: 2026

We built Haven to be a safe, private place. Here — in plain words — is how the app handles data.

We don’t collect personal data

Haven requires no sign-up and doesn’t ask for your name, email or phone. We don’t create a profile of you.

Data stays on your device

Your settings (such as the chosen theme) and, if that feature is enabled, anxiety-diary entries are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.

Talking to the AI companion

In the basic (offline) mode, the “Companion” runs entirely on your device and the conversation is not transmitted anywhere. If you use the paid “live” AI mode, the text of your messages is sent to the model provider solely to generate a reply and is not used to identify you. Please don’t enter data that could identify you into the chat.

Email you give us

If you request a guide by email, we store your email address to send it and, occasionally, calm tips. You can unsubscribe in one click at any time. To delete your data, see Delete your data.

Analytics and purchases

For stable operation and to process subscriptions we may use standard App Store and Google Play services, plus anonymized crash analytics. Payments are handled by the app stores — we neither receive nor store your card details.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

Medical disclaimer

Haven is a self-help and psychoeducation tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not replace a doctor, therapist or emergency care.
