How do I cancel my subscription?

In your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.

The meditation voice doesn’t play

The narration uses your device’s built-in speech synthesizer. Check that sound is on and silent mode is off. On some devices you need to tap the screen once to allow playback.

Sounds or voice don’t work offline

Calming sounds are generated on the device and work without internet. The meditation voice uses the system synthesizer — most devices don’t need internet for it.

Important about safety

Haven is support, not a replacement for a doctor. With chest pain radiating to the arm/jaw, fainting, or if an attack is the first time — seek emergency care (911 in the US, or your local number). If you have thoughts of harming yourself, contact a crisis line and people close to you.
